I’m feeling inspired
Feeling inspired arises when we experience a spark of creativity, motivation, or purpose that propels us to take action, create something new, or pursue a goal with enthusiasm. It’s your heart signaling that you are moved by something greater than yourself, whether it’s a moment of clarity, a vision for the future, or the encouragement you’ve received from others. Inspiration can come from various sources—nature, people, scripture, or a personal experience—and it invites you to step out with renewed energy, purpose, and passion.
What You Might Be Feeling Right Now
You might feel a surge of energy or excitement to pursue something that has been on your heart or mind. Inspiration often comes with a sense of purpose, as if you are being led toward something meaningful. This feeling might make you want to take action, create, or make a change in your life. It could come from a specific event, person, or revelation, and it often leads to a sense of direction or clarity. Inspiration is a reminder that God is working in and through you, stirring up your heart for a greater purpose.
God’s Heart for You in Inspiration
Romans 12:11-12
"Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
God calls us to keep our zeal and passion alive in Him. Inspiration is a gift from God, and He wants us to use that energy to serve Him and others. Our inspiration fuels our actions and propels us toward His will, whether in big or small ways.
Proverbs 16:3
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans."
When we are inspired, it’s important to commit our desires and actions to God. He establishes our plans, guiding us with wisdom and purpose. Inspiration is not just about excitement, but about aligning our desires with His will for our lives.
Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."
Inspiration often leads to the desire to take action, but it’s important to remember that our strength comes from Christ. Through Him, we are empowered to pursue what He has called us to with confidence and courage, knowing that He is the source of our strength.
