Heavenly Father, as I undertake my role as a leader, whether in the workplace, community, or church, I seek Your wisdom above all. James 1:5 promises, 'If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.' Grant me the discernment and understanding necessary to lead effectively and justly. Help me to embody the qualities of a godly leader, leading not with arrogance or pride, but with humility and service, as Jesus taught in Matthew 20:26, 'Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.' May my decisions and actions reflect Your love, grace, and truth, positively impacting those I am called to lead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
