Dear Heavenly Father, as I hold a position of influence, whether small or great, let me use it to bring about positive change and to reflect Your light in this world. May I be an example of Your love and grace in all my interactions. As 1 Peter 2:9 describes, 'But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.' Empower me to inspire, uplift, and encourage those around me, using my influence to spread hope, justice, and kindness. In every act of leadership, may my life glorify You and draw others closer to Your truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
