Heavenly Father, I seek Your help in cultivating self-discipline in my life. Your Word in 2 Timothy 1:7 teaches me, 'For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.' Help me to harness this spirit of self-control in all areas of my life. Whether it's in pursuing healthy habits, managing my time wisely, or staying committed to my responsibilities, grant me the strength to remain disciplined and focused. Guide me to set realistic goals and to follow through on my commitments, always relying on Your strength and not just my own. In my efforts to grow and improve, keep me grounded in Your wisdom and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
